Heidelberg Materials Australia seeks a Concrete Plant Manager in the Perth South Metropolitan region to lead daily concrete plant operations, oversee sales, budgeting, and customer service, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will optimize plant performance, review orders for the next day, manage assets and staffing, and coach the team to deliver reliable service and strong financial results.

• Efficient leadership of the operations in the area, including the preparation of and managing costs within an agreed budget
• Develop relationships with customers in assigned territory through sales visits, phone and e-mail contacts
