Overview

My client is seeking a Business Analyst experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to establish a dedicated AI squad focused on delivering customer-facing AI technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes “as is” and designing “to be” states and solutions identifying areas for improvement with consideration of business, user and technical impacts.
• Applying customer centred design and user experience techniques to ensure the digital project effectively caters for the needs and wants of end user/s, as well as the minimum viable product from the product / project owner’s perspective.
• Detailed functional and non-functional requirement gathering and documentation.
• Ability to facilitate the team to consensus on scope, design and implementation decisions.
• Detailed functional and non-functional requirements documented and ready to move into the next phase of the project or product.
• Integral member of the project or product team, responsible for bridging business, user and technical requirements.
• Working with broader teams and stakeholders to deliver a remarkable experience in line with business needs.
• Coaching and advising stakeholders on effective business process and analysis practices.
