We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help optimise systems, improve processes, and turn data into actionable insights. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimisation of IT systems and tools across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Optimising & Managing Systems – Keep our tech running smoothly and securely while driving improvements.
• Turning Data into Decisions – Structure and analyse data to provide insights that shape business strategy.
• Supporting Projects – Work with teams to map processes, implement system changes, and manage risk.
• Driving Automation & Integration – Help streamline workflows by setting up and managing integrations.
• Collaborating with Key Stakeholders – Work with internal teams and external partners to enhance our tech environment.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Tech & Systems Know-How – Experience with business systems, integrations, and automation.
• Data & Analytical Skills – Ability to interpret and present data in a meaningful way.
• Problem-Solving Mindset – A proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimising processes.
• Strong Communication – Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business needs into tech solutions.
• Project Support Experience – Comfortable managing small projects and supporting change initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Bullhorn, HubSpot, Power BI, SQL Server, or BambooHR.
• Background in recruitment or professional services.
• Experience improving data quality and governance.

Location: South Yarra, VIC - hybrid working, predominantly office based
