At Triumph, we are looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our Brisbane office. As the Business Analyst for AU & NZ, you will be the central figure in our commercial performance analysis. Your role is crucial in transforming complex data into clear, actionable narratives that empower our commercial organization. You will work closely with various departments, providing the insights needed to optimize performance across all channels and support our revenue and profitability goals.

What You'll Achieve:

• Innovative Reporting: You will develop and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics such as sales, channel performance, product sell-through, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness. Your reports will be the backbone of our strategic decision-making process.
• Strategic Insights: By conducting in-depth commercial analysis, you will uncover trends, identify key drivers, and highlight risks and opportunities. Your proactive insights and recommendations will guide our leadership team, domestically and regionally, in making informed decisions.
• Forecasting Excellence: You will support our forecasting, budgeting, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes with robust data models and historical analysis, ensuring our commercial assumptions are validated and accurate.
• Advanced Analytics: Moving beyond standard reporting, you will apply advanced analytical techniques to identify patterns and predictive insights, answering complex business questions and driving innovation.
• Data Integrity: Collaborating with the IT department, you will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our data sources, contributing to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure.
• Responsive Analysis: As the primary point of contact for ad-hoc data requests, you will perform deep-dive analysis to address specific and time-sensitive business questions, providing timely and impactful insights.

Your Ideal Profile:

• Minimum of 2+ years in the Retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industry. 3-5 years in business analysis, commercial analysis, or financial analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• High proficiency with Power BI.
• Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW), S/4HANA, or similar data warehouses, will be ideal.
• Knowledge of advanced data modeling, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling, is advantageous.
• Priority will be given to Australian residents who do not need current or future sponsorship.
