Job summary

NTHA Trainees & Apprentices in Keysborough, VIC are seeking a motivated Business Trainee to join a supportive team. Get paid to learn on a traineeship wage and gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (BSB30120).

You'll complete administration tasks while supporting the Design & Specification Service and learning how timber products and systems are planned, specified and processed. This one-year traineeship could lead to a full-time Timber Systems Design role after

Qualifications

• Mature, reliable and professional
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
• Hold full working and study rights in Australia
• Interest in both administration and technical work
• Quick learner with logical mindset

Responsibilities

• Register house plans for specification
• Prepare quotes and assist with pricing
• Process sales orders accurately
• Complete general administration duties
• Coordinate deliveries and liaise with internal teams
• Support the Design & Specification team
• Use software to prepare materials for CNC processing
• Develop understanding of timber systems and design processes
• Build business, administration and technical skills
