Landscape Solutions is hiring for a full-time role focused on local conservation and biodiversity management in the Lilywood area. You will remove invasive weeds, regenerate riparian areas, and lead revegetation projects while adhering to safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, use of tools and equipment, and ongoing training with opportunities for career growth within a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Current Drivers’ licence and own transport.
• White Card (required or willing to obtain).
• Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management or Bachelor’s degree (highly desirable).
• Practical hands-on approach and strong commitment to safety.

Responsabilidades

• Primary weed removal across riparian and bushland areas.
• Identify and remove invasive and priority weed species.
• Conduct weed control using manual, chemical and mechanical methods.
• Riparian area regeneration and rehabilitation works.
• Native planting and revegetation of degraded areas.
• Encourage and support natural native plant recruitment.
• Safely use hand tools, brush cutters, sprayers and machinery.
• Monitor vegetation health, weed growth and regeneration progress.
• Follow environmental legislation, safety procedures and council requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of works completed and herbicide use.
