Des’s Group is hiring for an Above Award Wages – Bus Driver (Minibus / 11–27 Seater) in Adelaide. The role offers casual hours (20-25 hours weekly) with above-award pay of $700+ per week, operating minibuses and small buses for school runs, transfers, and charters.

You’ll need a current LR licence (or higher), willingness to obtain SP/LP accreditation, and a safe driving record. Training is provided, and you’ll contribute to safe, happy journeys for local families and communities.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused person to become a vital member of our transport team. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide a safe and comfortable journey for all passengers.

• Follow run sheets and maps to complete daily routes efficiently. No need to know streets and area by heart.

• Store your assigned vehicle at your home or at the depot, providing flexibility and convenience.

What You’ll Need or be willing to obtain

• A current LR driver’s licence (or higher).
• Small Passenger (SP) or Large Passenger (LP) Vehicle Driver Accreditation, or willingness to obtain.
• A proven safe driving record and understanding of Australian road rules.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and motivated – with a professional approach to work.
• Accurate and up-to-date record keeping – an essential part of the role to ensure all trips are safe, compliant, and well-documented.
