Job summary

Kinetic Group in Launceston, Tasmania, is looking for friendly, motivated people to become the new face of Australasia’s largest bus operator. No driving experience is required—the Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program pays you while you train to upgrade to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five-week induction.

You’ll be supported for 12 months as you work toward a nationally recognised qualification and gain real-world driving experience.

Qualifications

• No bus driving experience required; training pathway provided.
• Open to those new to driving with a supportive program.
• Willingness to obtain Tasmanian licence and authorisations.

Responsibilities

• Drive a mix of daily routes, charters, and events to keep the community connected.
• Provide safe, reliable and friendly customer service on every journey.
