Job summary

Kinetic Group in Tweed Heads is hiring for the Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program to become a Kinetic Bus Driver. We’ll pay you while you upgrade your car licence to a Medium Rigid (MR) licence, followed by a five‑week induction and ongoing support to gain a nationally recognised qualification.

No bus driving experience is required. We welcome highly motivated individuals of all backgrounds who enjoy helping people and delivering great service for Australasia’s largest bus operator.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with the public.
• Must hold an open 'C' Class Drivers Licence (QLD).
• Willingness to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation.
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment physical and medical history check.
• Australian work rights.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive a range of services including general routes, charters and special events.
• Contribute to ticket sales and customer interaction to support community connection.
