Job summary

Transit Systems NSW is seeking motivated candidates for a Bus Driver Fast Track Program in the Bradbury, Macquarie Fields and Smeaton Grange areas of South‑West Sydney. Candidates will become fully qualified bus drivers through an accelerated training track and be job-ready in as little as four weeks.

You will operate buses on charter services, school runs, and regular routes, ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and professional customer service while benefiting from paid training, novated

Qualifications

• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Hold a current car (C Class), MR, or HR driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months.
• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts.
• Strong driving record.
• Confident communicator with the ability to follow procedures and interact with customers.

We are currently hiring motivated candidates in the Bradbury and Smeaton Grange areas to become fully qualified bus drivers through our accelerated training program.

Driver Fast Track Program

This is a structured, end-to-end pathway designed to take you from applicant to operational driver quickly and efficiently.

You will be supported at every step, with clear timelines, hands‑on training, and a team committed to your success.

About You

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
