Job summary

Transit Systems NSW is seeking motivated individuals to train as bus drivers through an accelerated program in Bradbury, Macquarie Fields and Smeaton Grange.

You will be supported by our recruitment and training teams, with paid training and licencing upgrade assistance, plus clear progression in a growing South-West Sydney transport network.

We are currently hiring motivated candidates in the Bradbury and Smeaton Grange areas to become fully qualified bus drivers through our accelerated training program.

Driver Fast Track Program

This is a structured, end-to-end pathway designed to take you from applicant to operational driver quickly and efficiently.

You will be supported at every step, with clear timelines, hands‑on training, and a team committed to your success.

About You

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Hold a current car (C Class), MR, or HR driver’s licence
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months
• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts
• Strong driving record
• Confident communicator with the ability to follow procedures and interact with customers
• Willing to complete pre‑employment checks and medical assessment
