Job summary

Transit Systems NSW is hiring for a bus driver fast-track program across Sydney locations. You’ll train quickly and move into operational driving, with full support from recruitment and training teams, in a structured, end-to-end pathway.

You’ll operate buses on charter services, school runs, and regular routes, prioritise passenger safety, and provide professional service. Training is provided from start to finish, with licence upgrade support and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Hold a current car (C Class), MR, or HR driver’s licence.
• Unrestricted Australian driver’s licence held for at least 12 months within the last 24 months.
• Flexible and available to work a range of shifts.
• Strong driving record.
• Confident communicator with the ability to follow procedures and interact with customers.
• Willing to complete pre-employment checks and medical assessment.

Responsibilities
