Job summary

Visy Logistics is expanding its Bulk Transport operations to support a new Geelong Glass Plant, offering a permanent full-time role for experienced drivers. You will operate B-Double pneumatic tankers, transporting soda ash and limestone from supplier locations into the Geelong facility, with a Monday to Friday day shift.

You’ll join a safety-focused team with modern equipment and strong operational support, providing opportunities for career growth within Visy Logistics.

Qualifications

• Current MC Licence with Australian driving experience.
• Proven experience operating B-Double combinations.
• BFM accreditation (highly regarded) or willingness to obtain with support provided.
• Ability to provide a full 5-year demerit point history report.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate B-Double pneumatic tanker combinations safely and efficiently.
• Transport bulk powder products including soda ash and limestone.
• Conduct loading and unloading activities in accordance with customer and site requirements.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of freight while maintaining adherence to schedules.
• Complete all electronic reporting, compliance and transport documentation accurately.
• Comply with all company policies, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), Fatigue Management and transport regulations.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, customer service and operational excellence.
