Toscano's Melbourne (Eastern Suburbs) is seeking a reliable Full Time Cook to join our busy kitchen team. You will prepare bulk ready-to-eat meals and traditional Italian dishes to stock our display and serve customers. You will work day shifts, 38-42 hours per week, with at least one weekend day.

The role emphasizes high-volume cooking, food safety, and supporting other kitchen staff. Experience in a commercial kitchen is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience handling high-volume cooking.
• Experience preparing Italian dishes such as meatballs, lasagna, cannelloni.
• Willing to work day shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Bulk cook high-volume retail meals daily.
• Prepare authentic Italian dishes (meatballs, lasagna, cannelloni).
• Fry items efficiently (chicken, pork).
• Prep and stock displays; manual stock movement.
