Job summary

Unyte is seeking experienced Excavator Operators and Moxy Operators to join our growing team on the Coomera Connector project on the Gold Coast. Operators must have GPS experience and rock-breaking knowledge, with the relevant industry tickets and licenses.

You will perform daily pre-starts, operate excavators or moXys, assist with material lifting, conduct basic machine maintenance, and support the crew with labouring tasks while keeping work areas safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators with GPS guidance.
• Rockbreaking and rock cutting experience.
• Current tickets and licences for operating plant machinery.

Responsibilities

• Daily pre-start checks and safety briefings.
• Operate an excavator or Moxy on site.
• Material lifting and handling as required.
• Conduct basic machine maintenance and safety checks.
• Support the team with general labouring duties.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and compliant with safety standards.
