Job summary

Blacktown City Council is seeking a Building Surveyor to assess and certify low-rise development, including DA, CC and OCC, and to coordinate with applicants, consultants and internal stakeholders through referrals, assessments and approvals.

You will apply building legislation to achieve safe and compliant outcomes, inspect works on site, and prepare professional reports, contributing to safe, well-planned neighbourhoods in Blacktown City.

As a Building Surveyor, you assess and certify low-rise development, including development applications, construction certificates, complying development certificates and occupation certificates.
