Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4–6 years of civil design experience for building projects.
• Strong knowledge of site development and stormwater management for buildings.
• Proficiency in civil design software and CAD tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across disciplines.
• Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design civil aspects for building projects across sectors.
• Prepare drawings, calculations, reports and design criteria.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and other disciplines.
• Assist with proposals, cost estimates and project documentation.
• Support construction phase activities and site observations.
• Deliver work aligned with Stantec quality procedures.
