Job summary

AG Height Safety QLD is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor for our Sunshine Coast branch. The role will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate crews, and ensure all work is delivered safely and efficiently to high standards.

You will manage installs, dismantles, site visits, and liaise with clients onsite, while maintaining accurate job updates and compliance. This hands-on position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience.
• Basic Scaffolding Ticket minimum, with progression to Intermediate/Advanced.
• Solid hands-on Kwikstage knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret gear lists and plans.
• Experience basing out and strong WHS knowledge.

AG Height Safety QLD is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to join our Sunshine Coast branch.

This is a hands-on role responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing crews, and ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including:

Managing schedules for installs, dismantles, and site visits

Coordinating labour, equipment, and job priorities

Liaising with clients onsite (non-financial)

Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

Supporting crews onsite when required

Working closely with administration to maintain accurate job updates, compliance, and documentation

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Minimum 2 years’ scaffolding experience

Basic Scaffolding Ticket (minimum), with a willingness to progress to Intermediate and Advanced Scaffolding. AG can support you in achieving further qualifications.

Solid hands‑on Kwikstage knowledge

Ability to read and interpret gear lists and plans

Experience basing out

Strong compliance and WHS knowledge

Experience

Experience within the domestic construction market is essential.

Commercial construction experience will be highly regarded.
