AnglicareSA is seeking an Accountant to support financial administration, reporting and analysis across allocated portfolios. You will partner with the Finance Business Partner to deliver timely, reliable advice that informs portfolio leaders and drives sound decision-making.

In this role you’ll manage end-of-month processes, journals and reconciliations, contribute to budgeting and management reporting, and support external compliance and audit activities.

Competenze

• Degree-level qualifications in Accounting or Commerce.
• Membership of CA/CPA, or be studying towards membership.
• Demonstrated experience with end-of-month processes, journals, reconciliations and general accounting practices.
• Proven experience preparing budgets, management reports and financial analysis.
• A continuous improvement mindset, including interest in improving systems, processes and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly.

• As our Accountant, you will provide financial administration, reporting and analysis across allocated portfolios, supporting the Finance Business Partner to deliver relevant, reliable and timely advice to portfolio leaders.
• You will play a key role in end-of-month processes, journals, reconciliations, management reporting, budget analysis and variance investigation. You will also support annual budget preparation, external compliance requirements, audit activities, system improvements and finance-related projects.
