Job summary

QIB Group is seeking a motivated Broker Assistant to join the Brisbane team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide essential support to Brokers, with training and ongoing guidance to develop day-to-day skills, including policy prep, invoice handling, endorsements, renewals, and customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, problem-solving and analytical abilities, a detail-oriented mindset, and a genuine drive to learn and grow within a dynamic insurance
