Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the early childhood education and care sector.
• Proven multi-site leadership experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ECEC compliance frameworks and mandatory reporting obligations.
• Demonstrated success supporting services through Assessment and Rating.
• Experience managing budgets and driving sustainable performance outcomes.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card.
• Valid driver’s licence and capacity to travel across centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of centres across the Brisbane region with accountability for quality, safety and compliance.
• Translate Harmony’s strategy into high-quality, safe, and commercially sustainable operations.
• Partner closely with Centre Directors and Head Office to build leadership capability and drive performance.
• Ensure strong governance, planning, and risk management across the portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, workforce stability, and financial performance while maintaining a child-centred focus.
