integratedliving is recruiting a Community Support Worker in Brisbane North for permanent part-time shifts to help older Australians stay independent at home and in the community.

You will support daily living tasks, assist with errands and appointments, and provide companionship while travelling to client locations across listed areas. The role requires a caring, reliable person with a caregiver mindset and a valid licence, enabling flexible, community-based work.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and reliable with a genuine passion for helping others.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm.
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle or access to transport.
• First Aid and CPR & Working with Children Check.
• Police Check/NDIS clearance, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Support clients with personal care, medication and daily routines.
• Assist with shopping, appointments and household tasks/domestic support.
• Help clients access their local community.
• Provide companionship and build meaningful connections.
• Support clients to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Travel to Cassilis when required to support clients.
