Flight Centre Travel Group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join its construction-focused team. This is a hands-on, full-time role covering digital, content, events and business development to showcase projects and strengthen the company’s brand.

You will manage social media, content creation, assets and tender support, working with senior management and site teams to capture project updates.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience across marketing, communications or similar roles.
• You will be confident creating content, managing social media and juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office is required; exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, website management or video editing is advantageous.
• You will work closely with senior management and construction teams, visiting sites when required to capture content.

Responsabilidades

• Managing social media across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Creating content around projects, company achievements and team culture.
• Managing project photography, videography and marketing assets.
• Updating website content, project portfolios and company news.
• Developing project profiles, case studies, newsletters and company communications.
• Preparing capability statements, presentations and other marketing collateral.
• Supporting tender submissions, EOIs and broader business development activities.
• Managing company events, networking functions and sponsorship activities.
• Working with project managers and site teams to capture updates and content.
