Centurion is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join the Specialised Services team in Brisbane. This hands-on role turns data into insights to drive profitability and commercial performance.

You will develop dashboards and tools in Excel and Power BI and help with budgeting, forecasting and ROI assessments. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial analysis, a Finance/Accounting degree, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and AML/FP&A knowledge.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in commercial analysis, finance, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Exposure to supply-chain, contract logistics and transport industries.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience with revenue models, rate cards, P&L and cost-to-serve.

Responsabilidades

We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our Specialised Services team in Brisbane.

You will play a key role in turning financial and operational data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions, improve profitability and strengthen commercial performance.

This is a hands-on analytical role where you’ll go beyond reporting the numbers - identifying trends, challenging existing ways of working, highlighting risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations that make a real difference to the business.

Key Responsibilities

About You

You’ll be an analytical and commercially focused professional who enjoys getting into the detail while keeping sight of the bigger business picture.

You’ll bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, finance, business analytics or a similar commercially focused role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
• Exposure to supply-chain, contract logistics and transport industries.
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance.
• Experience working with revenue models, rate cards, P&L and cost-to-serve.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across the business.
• A proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and turn analysis into action.
• CA/CPA membership or progress towards qualification is desirable.
