Job summary

Pra in Brisbane is seeking a Business Analyst to connect business stakeholders with developers building Power BI dashboards and reports. You will own requirements from the first workshop through testing, go-live and adoption, ensuring dashboards deliver what the business asked for.

Based in Brisbane, you will be in the office 2 to 3 days a week in a hybrid role, collaborating closely with data, BI and product teams to define KPIs, test cases and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Ability to define metrics, KPIs and visualization needs.
• Excellent facilitation and communication bridging business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement to elicit and analyse dashboard needs.
• Turn objectives into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure dashboards are built to spec and owned through delivery.
• Write test cases, facilitate UAT and refine solutions from feedback.
• Support go-live, training, documentation and adoption of new dashboards.
