Job summary

AIRWAY is seeking motivated Freight Coordinators to join our Brisbane Airport operation. This permanent full-time role involves keeping international and domestic freight moving safely, efficiently and on time.

You'll work in a dynamic airport environment, handling cargo, coordinating movements and contributing to critical logistics that connect businesses and communities globally. Training is provided and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver Licence with own transport.
• LF Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC.
• Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and police check.

Responsibilities

• Safely screen, load and unload cargo.
• Operate forklifts and airside vehicles.
• Coordinate cargo movements throughout the terminal.
• Complete operational documentation and system updates.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance standards.
• Follow workplace health, safety and aviation security requirements.
• Work with a high-performing operations team.
• Assist with general warehouse housekeeping and equipment checks.
