Queensland Fire & Emergency Services – Queensland is seeking a Brigade Support Officer (RFOO1) for the Central Region to provide day-to-day operational and business support to local brigades and volunteers. You will maintain a strong customer focus, facilitate service delivery, and collaborate with Area, District and State stakeholders under the Area Manager supervision.

Prior experience with volunteers is desirable.

Qualificações

• Must meet the mandatory requirements and attributes as outlined in the generic RFSQ Rural Officer One (RFOO1) role description.
• Knowledge of, or experience working with volunteers and/or within a volunteer organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational and business support to local brigades.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and interact with brigades and their members to support service delivery.
• Report to the Area Manager and work closely with volunteers and other Area, District stakeholders.
