Job summary

Montana Flora is seeking a Content Creator (Marketing) to plan, capture, edit and publish engaging marketing content across our digital channels. You will showcase bridal floristry, events and design processes while coordinating with florists and venues in Sydney.

The role is based in West Ryde with weekend work as the primary arrangement, including early starts from Friday to Sunday. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and a strong portfolio are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
• Experience creating, editing and publishing digital marketing content.
• Portfolio showing photography, video editing, short-form social content and copy.
• Proficiency with editing tools and social media analytics.
• Weekend work availability with early starts (Fri–Sun 5:30 am).
• Desirable: experience in bridal, events, floristry, lifestyle industries.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendars aligned with bridal and event marketing priorities.
• Plan and capture original photography and video of floral designs and events.
• Edit content into reels, stories, posts for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and website.
• Write captions and campaign copy reflecting the brand.
• Schedule and publish content with consistent messaging across channels.
• Coordinate shoots with florists, staff, venues and collaborators.
• Monitor trends and apply ideas to content.
• Maintain organized archives of assets and content.
• Review performance and refine future content.
