Job summary

DMC Bricks & Blocks Pty Ltd – Chirnside Park VIC is seeking a motivated Bricklayer Apprentice to join our team of 2. You will learn on the job while assisting experienced bricklayers across residential and commercial projects.

As an apprentice you will mix mortar, carry materials, and follow safety practices under supervision. Australian working rights are required; White Card and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have full working rights.
• Willing to learn bricklaying and follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist qualified bricklayers with residential projects.
• Mix mortar and prepare materials.
• Carry and organise bricks, blocks, and tools.
• Set up and clean work areas.
• Learn bricklaying techniques, reading plans and safe work practices.
• Use hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements at all times.
