Job summary

1 Hotel Melbourne is seeking a Breakfast CDP to join our team in Melbourne. You will contribute to a creative, sustainability-focused breakfast program, delivering high-quality dishes and memorable guest experiences.

As part of a close-knit team, you’ll learn the menus, participate in menu development, and uphold a clean, efficient kitchen while supporting sustainable operations and a 38-hour workweek.

• Strong cooking fundamentals and willingness to learn.

The Role

As a Breakfast CDP, you will work collaboratively with our amazing team to create memorable guest experiences through a creative, and sustainability-focused environment. Who doesn't love Breakfast! Full A la Carte menu, seasonally inspired.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 7-day operation, including weekends and public holidays
