Job summary

Frontline Retail WA is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our newly opened premium store at Claremont Quarter in Perth. You’ll lead from the floor, support the Store Manager and help shape the store’s culture and performance.

You’ll develop a high‑performing team, deliver memorable customer experiences, coach staff, assist with rostering and stock control, and drive sales targets. Schedule is Tuesday–Saturday, with a base of $67,000 plus super and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and overall store performance.
• Lead by example and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Build customer relationships and create engaging brand experiences.

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training.
• Create a positive team culture built on collaboration and accountability.
