Job summary

LUXASIA in Sydney, NSW, AU is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to translate brand strategy into actionable plans and drive on‑time execution across retail and digital channels.

You will support Marketing & Commercial Manager in coordinating plans, timelines and retailer requirements, contributing to strong commercial outcomes and career growth in a dynamic beauty and FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand or Trade Marketing roles.
• Experience in beauty, FMCG or retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with ANZ retail landscape advantageous.
• Exposure to digital marketing and campaign execution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand priorities.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and agency collaboration for campaigns.
• Plan and execute in-store activations, merchandising and trade promotions.
• Assist in digital campaigns across paid media, social, CRM and e‑commerce.
• Track sales performance and campaign results; aid forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure alignment.
• Support new product launches and brand activities across ANZ.
