PharmaCare in Warriewood, NSW, is seeking a Brand Manager for Nature's Way - Active Beauty to own brand strategy and drive growth across collagen, creatine and protein. You will lead NPD from consumer insight through to launch, coordinating campaigns across digital, social, retail and shopper channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in marketing within FMCG or related categories, strong budgets experience and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, beauty, complementary medicines or a related category.
• Proven experience delivering new product development and integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital and shopper channels.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to turn consumer, shopper and market insights into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in Active Beauty, wellness and emerging trends such as beauty‑from‑within, collagen, creatine, protein and women’s health.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance, managing sales, margin, market share, budgets and forecasts while partnering closely with Sales and Category teams.

About the role

You’ll own and shape the Active Beauty brand strategy, driving growth across Collagen, Creatine and Protein while leading innovation and NPD from consumer insight and concept through to successful launch.

This is a full-time in-office role based in Warriewood, on Sydney's Northern Beaches.

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

You’re an experienced Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager who is commercially savvy, strategically minded and highly organised, with a track record of owning brand plans and commercial outcomes, turning consumer and market insights into growth opportunities, and confidently managing budgets, forecasts and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You'll bring:

• 3–5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, consumer health, beauty, complementary medicines or a related category.
• Proven experience delivering new product development and integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital and shopper channels.
