Job summary

EVT Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Brand Manager to own brand strategy and drive campaign delivery across the EVT portfolio. You will collaborate with the Head of Marketing to translate brand ideas into commercial growth and lead a Content Marketing Executive, shaping internal communications for your brands.

You will co-create brand plans, work with hotel teams to ensure a consistent guest experience, and drive initiatives across openings, refurbishments and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience turning brand and marketing strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.
• Ability to lead integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and deliver brand strategy, planning and campaigns for allocated brands.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure consistent brand experience across touchpoints.
• Lead brand initiatives such as openings, refurbishments and repositioning projects.
• Build brand partnerships aligned with values and growth targets.
• Guide local area marketing and standalone websites for hotels and F&B outlets.
• Manage customer brand experience across websites, apps, social media and new platforms.
