Fmnn pty ltd is seeking a proactive Brand Marketing & Communications Co-ordinator to lead and co-ordinate our brand, marketing and communications activities. You will strengthen our brand presence, develop campaigns, create content and manage communications to drive business growth.

The role suits someone who is organised, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership from idea through to delivery, across a fast-moving small business environment in Sydney, NSW.

Qualifications

• Has experience in marketing, branding, communications or a similar role.
• Is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of marketing activities.
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has a good eye for branding, design and presentation.
• Can create engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
• Understands social media, digital marketing and customer communications.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Has strong attention to detail.
• Is commercially minded and understands that marketing should contribute to business growth.
• Is proactive, resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving small business environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain our overall brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns that support business growth, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Manage social media channels, including content planning, creation, scheduling and community engagement.
• Create and coordinate marketing content including website copy, email campaigns, promotional materials, presentations and social media content.
• Manage email marketing and customer communications.
• Coordinate advertising and digital marketing activities, including paid social and online campaigns where required.
• Support the planning and promotion of new products, services, offers and business initiatives.
• Maintain and update website content and ensure information remains accurate and aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate designers, photographers, agencies, printers, media partners and other external suppliers where required.
• Identify PR, partnership, sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
