Job summary

NOVA Entertainment is seeking a Graphic Designer for our Brand Marketing team in Australia. You will create distinctive work across digital, social, print, video and owned platforms, helping strengthen how our brands and shows come to life.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will collaborate with Marketing and Audience Engagement, taking ownership from initial concept through to final delivery while building templates and design systems for consistent brand delivery.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in an in-house Graphic Designer or comparable mid-weight design role; Diploma-level qualification in Graphic Design or related discipline.
• Strong portfolio showing concepts and polished finished creative across digital, social, print, presentation and motion.
• Ability to independently manage design projects from brief through to final delivery.
• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) with strong PowerPoint capability.
• Experience with established consumer brands, particularly within media/entertainment, is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Work with Senior Brand Designer to develop and roll-out distinctive creative for brand campaigns, audience growth initiatives and Marketing activity.
• Support Audience Engagement and shows with high-quality creative across promotions, events, social and other audience-facing activity.
• Contribute ideas and creative thinking during early stages of projects.
• Take ownership of design projects from brief and concept through to finished artwork and production.
• Apply NOVA Entertainment's brand identities consistently across digital, social, print, video, presentations and owned platforms.
• Build stakeholder relationships and communicate clearly throughout each project.
• Develop and maintain templates, asset libraries and design systems to improve consistency and efficiency.
