Job summary

NOVA Entertainment is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Marketing team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will create distinctive work across digital, social, print, video and owned platforms, translating briefs into compelling visual solutions that strengthen our beloved radio brands.

You will work with the Senior Brand Designer, manage multiple projects, and ensure brand Identity consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an in-house Graphic Designer, Brand Designer or comparable mid-weight design role, with a minimum Diploma-level qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or a closely related discipline
• A strong portfolio showcasing concepts and polished finished creative across digital, social, print, presentation and motion
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage design projects from brief through to final delivery
• Advanced skills across Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects, supported by strong Microsoft PowerPoint capability
• Strong understanding of brand identity systems, artwork preparation and production requirements, plus confidence working with stakeholders; experience with established consumer brands, particularly within media or entertainment, is highly regarded

Responsibilities

• Working with the Senior Brand Designer to develop and roll-out distinctive creative for brand campaigns, audience growth initiatives and broader Marketing activity
• Supporting Audience Engagement and our shows with high-quality creative across promotions, competitions, events, social and other audience-facing activity
• Contributing ideas and creative thinking during the early stages of projects
• Taking ownership of design projects from initial brief and concept development through to finished artwork and production
• Applying NOVA Entertainment's brand identities consistently across digital, social, print, video, presentations and owned platforms
• Building effective stakeholder relationships and communicating clearly and proactively throughout each project
• Developing and maintaining templates, asset libraries and design systems that improve consistency and support more efficient delivery
