Job summary

ACCIONA ENERGY in Queensland is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to develop graphic design materials supporting external project communications and internal team content across print, digital and events.

You will help bring the project's brand and visual identity to life while applying brand standards and accessibility guidelines, reporting to the Marketing & Communications Lead within the CSE team.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in graphic design, marketing or communications.
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and web CMS platforms.
• Experience working on an infrastructure project.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Design external materials including newsletters, fact sheets and signage.
• Produce internal content such as presentations, posters and intranet articles.
• Apply brand standards and accessibility guidelines across all materials.
• Support activation events, pop-up markets and station precinct activities.
• Assist with site tours, media events and stakeholder engagement.
• Update media lookahead calendar and monitor daily media coverage.
• Take part in the rostered 24/7 Project Information Hotline.
• Provide admin support including agendas, minutes and Open Point management.
