Qualifications

• 5+ years in agency account service, currently as Account Director or Senior Account Manager ready to step up.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to sell bold ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, fearless mindset with humility and pride in growing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive Creative Excellence: Lead and manage ambitious above-the-line campaigns—from development through approval, production, and launch.
• Lead Senior Client Relationships: Own the day-to-day partnership with the client's marketing leadership, manage expectations, sell big ideas.
• Run Major Shoots & Campaigns: Partner with Creative and Production on scope and budget, lead end-to-end shoots including talent and locations.
• Mentor & Champion Talent: Lead, guide, and develop an Account Manager, creating clear pathways for career growth.
• Commercial Ownership: Manage account profitability, scoping, job cost reconciliations, and resource forecasting.
