Waterdrop is seeking a casual Hydrista to represent the brand at Melbourne events, pop-ups and activations. You’ll deliver high-energy demonstrations, engage with shoppers and build loyalty across diverse venues.

The role requires great interpersonal skills, adaptability to irregular hours, and a friendly, professional presence. You’ll travel around Melbourne and uphold brand standards while driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience in fast-paced events or retail environments.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Melbourne venues and work irregular hours.
• Ability to demonstrate products and conduct sampling at events.
• Capable of collecting customer data at events to build loyalty programs.

Responsabilidades

• Represent waterdrop at retail activations, pop-ups and events across Melbourne.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through high-energy, engaging interactions.
• Answer product questions, provide on-the-spot demonstrations and sampling.
• Capture customer data to expand the database and loyalty program.
• Resolve complaints promptly by investigating issues and offering solutions to management.
• Maintain brand standards in visuals, merchandising, cleanliness and stock security at events.
• Attend event briefings, meetings and training as required.
