Motion Fluid Power Solutions is seeking a versatile branch all-rounder to support customer service and warehouse operations. This full-time role covers the branch from counter service to stock handling, requiring reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach.

Your duties include processing cash sales, handling stock checks, picking/packing orders, and assisting purchasing with stock levels. A current driver's licence and practical computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service focus and communication skills.
• 1–2 years in warehouse or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers.
• Assist with trade counter and phone sales enquiries; follow up with quotes and pricing.
• Enter cash sales, invoices, POs, transfers and picking slips accurately.
• Arrange credits for pricing issues and returns at POS; identify causes to prevent repeats.
• Assist with periodic stock checks and advise stock requirements to purchasing.
• Pick, pack orders and prepare courier/transport documentation; check invoicing.
