HCF Albury is seeking a Branch Member Consultant to apply your sales and customer service expertise to guide members in informed healthcare choices, face-to-face and over the phone.
This part-time role based in our Albury branch is 22.5 hours per week, with a typical shift pattern Monday to Friday 10am–2:30pm and flexibility. Training in Sydney CBD for one week is provided, with travel and accommodation arranged, plus ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

As a Branch Member Consultant at HCF, you'll be the face of Australia's largest Not-For-Profit Health Fund! Your personal touch will help guide our members in making informed healthcare choices.
This part-time position is based in our HCF Albury Branch. This position is 22.5 hours per week in total, and our ideal spread of hours is Monday to Friday from 10am - 2:30pm, however we can be flexible depending on the successful candidate!
We offer one Family & Friends day and 3 additional flexible leave days each year, giving you more freedom to recharge, manage personal commitments, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Please note there will be one week of training in our Head Office in Sydney CBD (commencing 19th October or 30th November), with travel and accommodation arranged in advance. This training has been designed to help support you and your transition into this role. You will also be provided with consistent, ongoing coaching and support to help you succeed and build confidence.
You will also be required to work full time for approximately 4 weeks during the initial training period.
