About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Branch Administrator to work with our fast-paced Moranbah Branch and help drive admin efficiency. The duties will include:

  • Organising site induction and onboarding
  • Administration of our accommodation properties
  • General accounting for the local team
  • Assisting with OH&S compliance and reporting
  • Local Fleet administration
  • General Office Management
About You
  • Be committed to safety
  • High attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity / experience in Mine Site Inductions
  • Current Driver\'s License
