Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a Bowls Coordinator to work part-time from the Halekulani Bowling Club in Budgewoi, NSW. The role focuses on coordinating all bowls activities, developing the annual calendar, and promoting bowls across the venue.

You will engage with bowls sub clubs, coordinate stakeholder needs, organise training and coaching, and explore junior programs with local schools, while contributing to a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Passionate about bowls with a strong playing and coaching background.
• Business savvy with great communication skills.
• Enjoys a fun work environment and can engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement all bowls activities across the venue.
• Engage with Bowls Sub Clubs and Men’s and Women’s teams.
• Develop the annual bowls calendar and actively promote bowls activities.
• Grow bowls through Barefoot Bowls, Corporate and Charity events.
• Organise training and coaching activities and collaborate with local schools on junior programs.
