Job summary

Ced Wise AB Services seeks a full-time Bovine Reproduction Technician to join our team in Australia. The role combines hands-on commercial bovine reproduction with development of new reproductive technologies, split between field work and laboratory activities.

Qualifications

• Relevant veterinary, animal science, embryology or reproduction qualification.
• Practical bovine reproduction experience is essential.
• Experience in artificial insemination, embryo transfer, donor flushing and ultrasound is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor flushing, embryo collection and embryo transfer.
• Undertake artificial insemination and other reproduction procedures.
• Prepare and coordinate on-farm reproductive programs.
• Work at Ced Wise AB Services facilities and customer properties.
• Assist with the planning and establishment of new reproductive technologies.

Job Description

Ced Wise AB Services is seeking a full-time Bovine Reproduction Technician to join our team. This unique position combines hands-on commercial bovine reproduction services with the development and implementation of new reproductive technologies. The role will generally be divided between commercial reproduction work and technology development.

Responsibilities and duties

• Perform donor flushing, embryo collection and embryo transfer
• Undertake artificial insemination and other reproduction procedures

Qualifications, experience and skills:
