Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience, preferably in luxury/personalised service.
• Cash handling or POS experience.

• Highlight product categories with strong product knowledge and storytelling.
• Provide excellent customer service on and off the floor: greet, listen, advise and follow up.
