Brand Collective in Adelaide area seeks a Boutique Manager for Elka Collective Burnside to lead daily store operations and deliver a premium customer experience. The role focuses on inspiring the team, driving sales, maintaining visuals, and ensuring a seamless luxury in-store environment.

You will mentor staff, manage rosters and stock, and analyse performance to implement effective strategies. This is a fixed-term opportunity through January 2028.

• Oversee visual merchandising to reflect seasonal campaigns and brand standards.
• Recruit, train and develop team members to foster a high-performing culture.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and deliveries with accuracy.

As the Boutique Manager at Elka Collective Burnside, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand’s modern, refined aesthetic. You'll inspire and mentor your team, drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a seamless and luxurious in-store environment. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with a passion for fashion, strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering premium service.

Please note this is a Fixed Term opportunity until January 2028.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Leading and motivating the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
