Qualifications

Holds an Australian law degree and is admitted as a lawyer in NSW.
Has court litigation experience and can undertake court appearances independently.
Able to manage matters independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Client-focused, professional and empathetic.
Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrates sound judgment and practical problem-solving.
Committed to providing high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities

Work across a range of matters with direct client contact in a supportive environment.
Develop legal skills while contributing to the practice across Care and Protection, Criminal law, and general legal advice.
Attend court hearings and conduct independent court appearances when required.
Tailor workload to the successful candidate's experience and interests.
