Job summary

Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, part of the Lancemore Group, seeks a can-do Houseperson to support a dedicated housekeeping team. The role begins early at 6am and involves independent work within the Housekeeping department while coordinating with the rest of the team to ensure guests experience flawless service.

Qualifications

• Able to start early (6am) and handle a physically demanding shift.
• Must be able to follow WHS, PPE guidelines and manual handling practices.
• Excellent guest service and a can-do attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Unlock the property each morning and open curtains.
• Attend to public area cleaning (vacuum, mop, sanitize bathrooms, restock toiletries and towels).
• Move clean linen, chemicals, amenities, and guest supplies to support housekeeping.
• Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of operations and uphold high standards of cleanliness.
