Job summary

Hotel Indigo Melbourne Little Collins and Holiday Inn is seeking a Part-time Bar/Food & Beverage Attendant. You will welcome guests, prepare and serve food and drinks, and work with the team to deliver a seamless dining experience in a dynamic CBD setting.

The role requires passion for food, ability to work across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and a valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate. Right to work in Australia is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate as required by local law.
• Excellent Communication skills – guest queries and compliments handled gracefully.
• Problem-solving skills to turn issues into memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome and set the tone for each guest’s experience.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages to high standards and highlight promotions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service across shifts.
• Set up and pack down the venue/outlet as required.
• Manage stock at your station and ensure equipment is ready.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are clean and stocked according to volume.
• Handle credit card and financial transactions securely.
